Job Description

  1. Inventory tracking: Designing and implementing a system to monitor stock levels.
  2. Inventory record keeping: Accurately recording the quality, quantity, type, style, and other characteristics of the inventory.
  3. Inventory replenishment: Knowing when to replenish stock and ordering more from the appropriate supplier..
  4. Inventory delivery: Ensuring every item of stock gets to its destination on time.
  5. Inventory reporting: Documenting inventory movements and reporting them to upper management.
  6. Vendor relations: Developing business relationships with suppliers and negotiating pricing and delivery timelines.
  7. Warehouse operations: Ensuring the warehouse operates at peak efficiency and maintaining safety. 
  8. Staff management: Recruiting, training, and managing a team of warehouse workers.
