4. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals: Doctors work with nurses and other medical professionals to provide quality care. They may also recommend patients to other specialists. 
5. Maintaining medical records: Doctors keep accurate records of patients’ medical histories, test results, and treatments. 
6. Staying up to date: Doctors stay updated on the latest medical advancements. 
7. Teaching and supervising: Doctors may teach and supervise junior doctors and medical students. 
8. Managing workload: Doctors may plan the workload and staffing of their department.
