Key Responsibilites:

1. Customer service: Greeting customers, answering questions, and helping customers make purchase decisions 
2. Product knowledge: Recommending merchandise based on customer needs, explaining how products work, and providing information about products and services 
3. Inventory management: Restocking inventory, maintaining organized displays, and keeping shelves stocked 
4. Point of sale: Collecting payment using the store’s point of sale system 
5. Returns and exchanges: Processing returns and exchanges
